At the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon IV and the Czar of Japan joined forces. They had a plan to win the battle, and then go on to take over Australia. But, unfortunatly for Napoleon IV, the Japanese realized that they would be able to win without his help. After they had won, they banished him to Africa where he made plans to take over Indo-China. With the help of the Canadian Inuit population (a grand total of 437) he was able to secure his rightful place as the Grand High King of the Munchkins. When he died, he bequeathed his position and great fortune of 4000 Denaris to the American Cancer Society of London, who promptly set an absolutist monarchy. As the heads of the monarchy, the set Napoleon's three closest living relatives, his dog Napoleon V, his daughter Josephine, and his ex-wife's adopted brother's biological fathers half-sister. They are still ruling to this day in Indo-China. The country is best known for its main export, rubber underpants, and the beautiful city of Heehhh which contains a sharpened rock garden. The country is quite stable, despite the periodic penguin revolutions, that are put down by beating the penguins over the head with codfish.
